Group Audit Global Analyst Training Program
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A FULL-TIME ROLE FOR GRADUATING SENIORS
Offering a unique overview of Deutsche Bank’s businesses, functions and products, Group Audit provides an excellent foundation for a career in banking. The insights you will gain into risk exposure, process design and internal controls are valued throughout the bank.
Variety is key in this dynamic, project-based function. From asset management to equity sales, you will be encouraged to apply your audit skills in diverse contexts. To check for effective coverage of the risks facing individual businesses and functions, our structure mirrors that of the Deutsche Bank Group. And, as a global function operating from London, New York, Frankfurt, Singapore and 30 other locations, we can offer you a broad range of opportunities.
Following the Global Induction Program, which introduces you to the bank, its products and its services, you will spend three to four weeks learning specifically about internal audit. From then on, much of your training will be on the job as you join an audit team and take on real responsibility. Within weeks you will be contributing to audits by assessing risks, testing processes and sampling transactions.
During the three-year program you will rotate between teams and projects to broaden and deepen your business and technical knowledge. We will also help you to acquire a professional qualification such as ACA or CFA by providing study leave and meeting training costs.
Over time – and in line with your growing expertise – your responsibilities will become increasingly complex and challenging. At all levels there is an emphasis on innovation, continuous learning and the sharing of knowledge and ideas.
