Kristina Srica (Advisor)
Kristina Srica is a Trial Attorney with the Department of Justice currently serving as a Special Assistant to the Directors of Criminal and Civil Enforcement in the Antitrust Division. She has been involved in the investigation and prosecution of a variety of regional and international criminal antitrust cases involving a broad span of industries including financial markets and power transmission. She recently received an Assistant Attorney General Award for her work on the LIBOR investigation. In addition, Kristina serves as an active member of the Antitrust Division’s Diversity Committee and the Federal Government Pro Bono Committee. Prior to her current role, Kristina interned with a number of federal and state government agencies including the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Federal Trade Commission.
Kristina graduated with her Juris Doctor cum laude from Brooklyn Law School and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Legal Studies cum laude from Hofstra University. As a law student, Kristina served as a NYC Bar Association Diversity Fellow and a member of the Brooklyn Law School Moot Court Honor Society.
