Ms. Benís Reyes is currently attending Columbia Business School full-time in pursuit of an MBA. Upon graduation in May 2012, she plans to transition to a career in Private Wealth Management. She is a Fellow of the Toigo Foundation, the Forte Foundation, and the National Society of Hispanic MBAs.
Previously, Benís held a Senior Associate position at Raines International Inc., a retained boutique executive search firm based in New York. As a Senior Associate, Benís found, assessed, and placed top talent within executive roles at Raines’ premier clients, which include Fortune 500 Companies and Private Equity Firms. From a functional and industry perspective, her assignments spanned sales, finance, marketing, strategy, and operations for clients in consumer products, industrial, private equity, and technology industries. She spent one year as a Research Associate at Raines before receiving an early promotion to Associate.
Benís received a B.A. in 2007 from New York University, where she majored in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial Organizational, and completed minors in Business and French. She is a native to New York, a Dominican-American, and a first-generation college student.
