Saad Siddiqui is an Analyst at Merrill Lynch’s Global Wealth Management division, where he is part of a specialist team that develops pricing strategy focusing on Institutional clients. Saad serve as an executive of the Asian Leadership Network where his main responsibility is recruiting and increasing diversity at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the New York/New Jersey sites. Prior to this role, he is the co-founder and Co-CEO of Lazarev, Siddiqui & Co, a strategic advisory firm that he started with a college friend, before beginning his full-time assignment at Merrill Lynch in 2008. He had an opportunity to pitch a $25 million acquisition to the board of Pakistani based conglomerate as part of their ongoing global expansion. Saad currently serves on the board of the Pakistan Rehabilitation of the Disabled Foundation, an organization that provides education to disabled lower income children of Pakistanand Muslim Urban Professionals. Saad volunteers much of his spare time planning and coordinating numerous fundraising events for various other organizations.
While working over 40 hours a week to finance his education, Saad earned a BBA in Finance with a minor in Statistics from Rutgers University in 2008. He is a 2008 recipient of the Rutgers Business School Alumni Leadership Recognition Award, and one of 15 to receive the University’s Diverse Business Leadership Award. That same year, Saad also received the Ben Sopranzetti Alumni of the year award.
