Nicole Jourdain-Earl joined Goldman Sachs full time in 2007 as a financial analyst in the Equities division. Currently she works with in Prime Brokerage servicing hedge fund clients. In this capacity she provides margin oversight for accounts, operational support, and analysis of daily trading, regulatory and accounting activities. Previously Ms. Jourdain-Earl interned at Goldman Sachs in the Human Capital Management (HCM) Division during the summers of 2005 and 2006. In HCM, she worked as a generalist and provided support with compensation, succession planning, and employee training and development to various departments.
In addition to her professional career, Ms Jourdain-Earl has a strong commitment to serving her community. She is a frequent volunteer with New York Cares and served as a mentor with I-Mentor. Ms. Jourdain-Earl graduated with honors from Spelman College with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a concentration in Management and Organization. Ms. Jourdain-Earl is originally from Silver Spring, MD and currently resides in New York City.
