Ms. Benís Reyes is a Senior Associate at Raines International Inc., a retained boutique executive search firm based in New York. As a Senior Associate, Benís finds, assesses, and places top talent within executive roles at Raines’ premier clients, which include Fortune 500 Companies and Private Equity Firms. From a functional and industry perspective, her assignments thus far have spanned sales, finance, marketing, strategy, and operations for clients in consumer products, industrial, private equity, and technology industries. She spent one year as a Research Associate at Raines before receiving an early promotion to Associate.
Benís is currently a Patron of NYU’s Young Leadership Alumni Circle (YLAC), where she serves as a mentor for current college students that are seeking career and job search advice and participates in YLAC activities that aim to develop a stronger NYU Alumni community. She is also a member of the 85 Broads Foundation, a nonprofit organization that promotes the empowerment of women around the world, and the Council of Urban Professionals (CUP), a non-partisan, nonprofit organization representing and advocating for the social, political and economic interests of urban professionals.
Benís received a B.A. in 2007 from New York University, where she majored in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial Organizational, and completed minors in Business and French. She is a native to New York and a first generation Dominican-American.
