Young Leadership Board
The Young Leadership Board (YLB) is a group of NYNY leaders that helps directly shape and implement the strategic initiatives of New York Needs You. Members of the YLB work closely with the NYNY Staff and Governing Board to address key issues within the organization and provide support. The YLB focuses on fundraising and recruiting, while also being actively involved in enhancing many aspects of NYNY: from programming to strategic growth. The YLB is invested in the success of the NYNY Fellows and consistently generates innovative ideas and action plans to ensure that NYNY is meeting their needs. Individual members continually strive to bring in new partnerships, new recruits and new donations to the organization. Membership is rotational and lasts for a minimum of two years.
