Stephanie Roberts

Stephanie Roberts

Stephanie Roberts is a Vice President in Institutional Marketing within Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM). In this role, she is responsible for developing strategic marketing campaigns targeting institutional investors (major corporations, public pension plans, insurance companies, financial institutions, endowments, foundations and unions). Specifically, Stephanie focuses on the growth and positioning of GSAM’s Hedge Fund, Private Equity and Global Insurance businesses. In addition, she supports the global strategy for GSAM events across regions and client segments. Stephanie joined Goldman Sachs in 2006 after completing two summer internships at Goldman and graduating Magna Cum Laude from Duke University with an AB in Psychology.

In addition to her day-to-day role, Stephanie serves in a number of capacities at the firm. She is the Chair of Goldman’s Firmwide Black Network Programming Committee, which develops commercial programs that provide strategic networking and professional development opportunities for Black employees. She was selected as a Diversity Champion for the firm’s summer analyst program and is also an active member of the Duke University recruiting team.  Just recently, Stephanie was nominated to mentor a Spelman Leader as a part of the newly launched Spelman | Goldman Sachs Leadership Program. Stephanie is profiled on the Goldman Sachs Careers website offering perspective on a “day in the life” for potential hires.

A true “Dukie” at heart, Stephanie continues to serve the Duke community as a member of the Duke University Alumni Admissions Advisory Committee. She has always been passionate about the importance of education and mentorship, inspired by her dad’s triumph as a first generation college student.

Stephanie is an avid traveler and a Fantasy Football guru.
