Kimberly A. Harris (Secretary)

Kimberly A. Harris is an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she represents some of the leading Fortune 500 Companies in a variety of industries, including healthcare, insurance, automotive, entertainment and retail. Her transactional experience includes global mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, spin-offs and divestitures, with a typical deal size valued at over $5.0 billion. In a pro bono capacity, Kimberly works with clients on political asylum, immigration, child custody and domestic violence cases, as well as educational reform initiatives and urban development. In her free time, she mentors undergraduate and law students, engages in political fundraising and has been actively involved with the Abyssinian Development Corporation, Legal Outreach and the American Cancer Society. Kimberly received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2006 and was recognized as an “Outstanding Alumnus” in 2008. She received a B.B.A. with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2003.
