Keith Putnam-Delaney (Co-Chair, Young Leadership Board)

Keith Putnam-Delaney is a Manager with Reputation Institute, a management consultancy that focuses on aligning what a company says and does with what its key stakeholders expect. He leads engagements with some of the top Fortune 100 companies and spends much of his spare time helping to lead NYNY’s Young Leadership Board. Prior to joining Reputation Institute, Keith worked for Next Level SMG, a boutique brand strategy firm. Before joining the consulting world, Keith was an international high school teacher in Shanghai, where he chaired the History Department and designed his school’s humanities curriculum.

Keith grew up in New York, attended Brown University, and has lived and worked in four continents. He brings with him a wealth of experience from these countries and from his background in academic research. He has conducted strategic analyses of geopolitical events for Harvard, Princeton, and a renowned international think tank where he was published.
