Christopher D. Polanco

Christopher D. Polanco is a Senior Associate at Lehman Holdings and has been with the firm since March 2004. Christopher started in Middle Office providing support to the CMBS trading desk as well as the Global Real Estate Group. In April 2006, Christopher transitioned into the GREG Securitization group where he was responsible for liaising with loan underwriters and CMBS investors in evaluating loan collateral. In January 2008, Christopher moved into the Asset Management Group, where he was delegated to asset manage retained Commercial Real Estate Investments. Since the Lehman Bankruptcy, Chris has primarily been involved in the management, valuation and restructuring of the domestic and international Real Estate assets of Lehman in Europe, Tokyo, and Bangkok. 

Christopher graduated from the University of Miami, where he earned a BA in Marketing and a minor in Finance and was also the Head Equipment Manager for the University of Miami Men’s Basketball Team. He enjoys playing basketball in his spare time.
