Caitlyn Fox

Caitlyn Fox is a Strategy Associate at the Rockefeller Foundation. As part of the internal Strategy team, Caitlyn supports various strategic planning efforts, including evaluating emerging funding opportunities, as well as contributing to organizational strategy and managing external strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Caitlyn was a senior consultant for Katzenbach Partners and subsequently Booz & Company (which acquired Katzenbach in 2009). At both Katzenbach and Booz, Caitlyn focused on corporate strategy and senior leadership team effectiveness primarily in the financial services and technology industries. Caitlyn also led the Katzenbach chapter of Inspire, a volunteer organization that provides pro bono consulting services to non-profits. Prior to Katzenbach, Caitlyn worked for The Tanzanian Children’s Fund, an education-oriented non-profit in rural Tanzania.

Caitlyn holds a BA in Philosophy from Brown University.
