Brittain Youngblood
Brittain Youngblood joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2007 and works directly with President James D. Kuhn as Director of Strategic Advisory Services. She primarily focuses on coordinating operations between Newmark Knight Frank’s various services for strategic advisory clients, which include commercial banks, special servicers and financial institutions. Previously, Ms. Youngblood worked to satisfy the acquisition and leasing criteria of educational, religious and medical institutions that are represented by Newmark Knight Frank Capital Group.
Ms. Youngblood is a member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leadership Group’s Programming Committee, the Council of Urban Professionals, the Nature Conservancy’s Young Professionals Real Estate Board and the Real Estate Board of New York. She is also a member of Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) and is a Young Fellow of the French-American Foundation. Ms. Youngblood holds a BA from Brown University.
