Brett Shaheen

Brett Shaheen is an Associate at The Carlyle Group, where he focuses on buyout opportunities in the healthcare sector.  He was formerly an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs & Co.  Brett received an M.Phil. in International Relations from Christ Church, Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar.  Prior to that, he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and B.A. from the College of Arts in Sciences.  A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Brett has lived in New York City since 2008.  He is a Mentor Coach with New York Needs You.
