Mentor Leadership Council
Mentor Leadership Council (MLC) members represent the entire Mentor Coach network and work to create a vibrant and dynamic Mentor Coach experience. Members of the MLC organize events, such as networking socials, speaker panels and career development forums, as well as facilitate idea generation and feedback regarding mentor recruiting, ongoing training, curricula, and other initiatives that will enhance relationships among Mentor Coaches and their Fellows.
MLC members are leaders within the NYNY community and serve as liaisons between the Mentor Coaches, NYNY staff and the NYNY Governing Board. The MLC gives members the opportunity to help shape the direction of the dynamic and rapidly growing NYNY program while building an active and integrated social network of NYNY supporters, board members, mentors and volunteers.
