“My Fellow has grown leaps and bounds since I started working with her a few months ago. I challenged her to read academic articles every week and write me a summary as well as define words that she doesn't readily recognize. Since beginning the assignment, her writing, reading and speaking skills have improved dramatically. More than anything she's more confident in her abilities and I think she just needed a little push to get her on the right track.”
Erin, NYNY Mentor-Coach

“I spoke to my Mentor-Coach about how I have improved my relationship with her since we met. She challenged me to reach out to other people I meet and maintain those relationships as well. She gave me a simple structure and it has helped me immensely.”
Elena, NYNY Fellow
We are aiming to increase our number of Mentor-Coaches to 100 for Class 2, so please forward this opportunity to your friends and colleagues that might also be interested in engaging with NYNY.
